Win One Million draw rules

1. Organiser and contact

Win One Million is organised by GATHERWELL LTD, a UK company registered with Companies House under number 08675983. Registered office: Colony Flint Glass Works, Jersey Street, Ancoats, Manchester, England, M4 6JW.

The entry website is win-one-million.com. Questions about orders, tickets or the draw can be sent to tickets@win-one-million.com.

2. Eligibility

Entry is reserved for adults acting in their own name who are permitted to participate under the rules applicable to their place of residence and participation. These rules do not permit entry from a territory where this operation is prohibited.

Participants provide their real full name, email address and phone number. They use the same email address for successive purchases and notify the organiser of any other address used for their entries. No customer account or registration is required.

3. Date, closing time and availability

If all 100,000 tickets are sold before 31 December 2026, the draw will take place earlier. The new date and time will be announced on the website and emailed to participants before the draw. Otherwise, the draw remains on 31 December 2026 at 8 pm Paris time, even if some tickets remain unsold.

New orders close on 31 December 2026 at 7:29 pm Paris time, or earlier if available tickets sell out.

A temporary reservation during checkout is not an entry in the draw. Payment must be confirmed and valid tickets recorded to participate. An expired checkout page can no longer be used. No new checkout can be started after orders close.

4. Prices and offers

Prices are in euros. Individual purchases of 1 to 10 tickets cost €20 per ticket. Packs of 15, 20, 25 and 50 tickets cost €270, €340, €400 and €750 respectively. The table below lists all 14 offers and their total prices.

Discounts of 10%, 15%, 20% and 25% apply only to the respective 15-, 20-, 25- and 50-ticket packs compared with the €20 individual price. Separate purchases do not accumulate towards a retrospective discount.

5. Limits and simultaneous orders

The draw is limited to 100,000 tickets in total, with a maximum of 50 tickets per order and 100 tickets per person across all purchases. A pack’s price does not change the odds of each ticket.

Before opening checkout, the site checks the registry and counts both assigned tickets and ongoing checkout reservations. If a selected offer exceeds the remaining allowance, the participant must choose an available quantity.

Automatic matching uses the email address and other addresses linked to the same participant in the registry. Using another address does not entitle anyone to exceed the 100-ticket limit. Abandoned reservations release their availability after the payment provider confirms expiry or cancellation.

6. Order and payment

Participants select an offer, review its summary and their contact details, and accept these rules before proceeding to Stripe. Payment is made on Stripe’s secure checkout page. The Win One Million site does not collect card numbers.

An order is recorded as paid only after Stripe confirms payment. A declined, unconfirmed or abandoned payment gives no entitlement to a ticket or prize. If a participant is unsure whether they were charged, they should contact support before paying again.

7. Ticket allocation and delivery

After payment confirmation and order checks, ticket numbers are recorded in the draw registry. Each valid number represents one entry. Ticket references are identifiers: their numerical value does not represent how many tickets have been sold.

Numbered tickets are emailed to the address supplied at purchase after the organiser processes the order. There is no customer account to consult. Participants should retain this email and their payment reference. If the email is missing, check spam and then contact tickets@win-one-million.com.

8. Prize and odds

One winner receives the €1,000,000 prize. The organiser maintains this amount regardless of ticket sales. The prize is not reduced if fewer than 100,000 tickets are sold.

Only valid tickets assigned to participants enter the draw. Unsold tickets are excluded. Each valid ticket has an equal chance of being selected. A participant’s probability is their number of valid tickets divided by the total number of valid tickets entered in the draw.

The statement “1 chance in 100,000” per ticket assumes 100,000 valid tickets and one winning ticket. If fewer tickets participate, the probability per ticket increases. No purchase or pack guarantees a win. References to EuroMillions are comparisons only: stakes and prizes differ and no affiliation is claimed.

9. The draw

The draw is broadcast live under the supervision of a judicial officer, who oversees its conduct and the selection of the winning ticket from valid entries. One winning ticket is selected.

Participants receive their invitation by email and SMS before the draw, including the link and joining instructions. Not watching the broadcast does not remove a participant’s valid tickets from the draw.

10. Winner and prize delivery

The organiser contacts the holder of the winning ticket personally using the registered contact details. The winner’s identity, entry and eligibility are checked before the prize is delivered.

The organiser provides the winner directly with instructions concerning supporting documents and receipt of the €1,000,000 prize. Questions about this process can be sent to tickets@win-one-million.com. Entering the draw does not by itself authorise publication of the winner’s personal data.

11. Errors, incidents and complaints

Incorrect contact details, payment problems, missing emails and order disputes should be reported to tickets@win-one-million.com with the name used and payment reference. Never send a full card number by email.

The organiser reviews requests for corrections, cancellations or refunds according to the order’s circumstances and applicable rights. A request does not automatically change registered tickets. These rules do not remove any mandatory rights available to participants.

12. Personal data and acceptance

GATHERWELL LTD processes contact details and order information to check limits, record entries, deliver tickets, organise the draw and contact the winner. Stripe processes the banking details needed for payment. Personal data enquiries can be sent to tickets@win-one-million.com.

An anonymous counter retains only daily page-load totals, without trackers or matching with orders. Detailed journey measurement, subject to your consent, is separate from the processing needed to fulfil an order. Declining measurement does not prevent purchases. Details are provided in the site’s Privacy section.

Before proceeding to checkout, participants declare that they have read and accept these rules. This page can be saved using the browser’s print function. Entering involves the risk of losing the price of the tickets: participants should set a budget suited to their circumstances.
